Another walk near Kintbury, 4.1 miles

Went over to Kintbury again a week ago for another Tier-whatever-compliant walk with Ray. This time we set out along the canal towpath towards Newbury. This is a pretty stretch.

At Shepherd's Bridge we turned off the towpath onto a path going southeast up Irish Hill and eventually coming out onto a minor road.

We took the lane opposite us (Old Lane) and followed this to where it joins the Newbury-Kintbury back road near Mason's Farm. 

We followed this road a short way before taking a footpath off to the right and further on turned right at a crossroads of paths to return to the minor road we'd come out onto earlier. We followed this road back into Kintbury.
